📦 Order Status & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates. If you haven't received your tracking info, contact us at pearladie@hotmail.com.

⏱️ Processing & Delivery Time

We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is:

• USA: 5–7 business days
• Europe: 10–15 business days
• Other Countries: May vary depending on location

↩️ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Custom or sale items are not eligible for return. Please email us to start a return.
