📦 When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Custom or sale items are non-returnable.

🎁 Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! Most of our jewelry is shipped in elegant gift-ready packaging. You can also leave a gift message at checkout.

📨 I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We’ll assist you in locating your package or arrange a replacement if necessary.
